According to the ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding customer rights, the customer has the right to give written notice to the retailer, waiving the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 working days of receipt of product. The customer shall bear the cost and afferent risk of transporting the returned product. The return shall be made to INSINUA.
Products executed on demand/personalised cannot be returned, being able to later receive minor modifications at the customer’s request.
Intent to return the product shall be comunicated through e- mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +40723198321 in the first 14 days of receiving the order.
Products may be returned only in their original state, with no apparent damage caused by usage, if accompanied by its original packaging and having all tags attached to the product, without being broken, and also including the documents received in the package.
The return method shall be selected by the customer and once established, the details shall be comunicated to INSINUA, the return address will be specified via e-mail.
Once the package with the products is returned to us, www.insinua.com is bound to return via bank transfer the cash value of the products in maximum 5 working days, after receiving and validating the return; the transportation tax for returned products are not included in the cash value of the product.
In case of return with „cash on delivery” method, the customer shall provide a bank account where the returned payment shall be made, we do not cover exchange rate losses. The refunded payment shall be made in lei or euro, depending on the initial payment method.
Please note that we can only allow returns from the country to which the initial delivery was made.
The company does not assume responsibility for handling during transport in case of return and does not accept the return of products that have been damaged in this process.
